Our story began in the 1960s, when William Tallon Snr set out with one simple goal – supplying the freshest produce to the foodservice sector. Over 60 years on, we’re still focused on the same purpose: delivering freshly prepped veg, fruit and salads to chefs across the island of Ireland.
- We do this by sourcing quality produce from trusted growers, with over 73% sourced seasonally in Ireland.
- We do it by preparing everything in-house at our dedicated facility – giving us full control from prep to delivery, fresher product and longer shelf life.
- We do it by holding BRCGS AA accreditation with no exclusions, ensuring safety, consistency and reliability in every order.
- We do it by working as a true partner to chefs – tailoring cuts and mixes to save labour, reduce waste and keep kitchens moving.
In 2024, we joined forces with Sysco. Together, we’re raising the standard for prepped solutions – combining expertise and service with greater scale and innovation.
