Food Safety and Quality are two of our primary concerns here at ReadyChef. All procedures are carried out in strict accordance with HACCP guidelines. The development and use of Standard Operating Procedures are an integral part of our Food Safety Management System. They provide our dedicated staff with the information required to properly perform their jobs and ensure the highest levels of quality and Food Hygiene through consistent implementation of a process, task or job.
BRC Global Standard
ReadyChef is proud to be in its 3rd year of BRC certification. BRC Global Standard is a leading safety and quality certification programme, used by over 23,000 certificated suppliers in 123 countries, with certification issued through a worldwide network of accredited certification bodies. The global standard guarantees the standardisation of quality, safety and operational criteria and ensures that we as a processing and distribution company fulfil our legal obligations in terms of food safety/hygiene providing protection for the end consumer while continually improving our systems and standards.
Our Quality Assurance department is headed up by Andrzej Chorazyczewski. Andrzej has just celebrated his 10-year anniversary with Ready Chef and his dedication to the role of Quality Assurance has ensured that we continually strive for excellence in all aspects of food production and distribution.
Ready Chef has invested in excess of €1m in the past two years into expanding our facility both in providing extra square footage but also in operational improvements, all aimed at improving the quality of our systems which in turn improves the quality and safety of our food.
